Canada’s Department of Justice, Excellence in Victim Service Award
We are pleased to share that the co-ordinator of social work for Legal Assistance of Windsor, Shelley Gilbert, is the recipient of Canada’s Department of Justice Excellence in Victim Service Award.
The award recognizes an individual who has empowered victims and survivors of crime, inspired other service providers and promoted best practices, and achieved meaningful change that has improved the experiences of those who have been touched by crime in Canada.
