W.E.C.E.N. supports individuals who have experienced abuse and violations along a “continuum or spectrum” of exploitation. By supporting individuals who have lived through a variety of exploitative situations, we provide information and referrals to legal services that best support people with the legal remedy they wish to consider.
By utilizing a trauma and violence informed approach, W.E.C.E.N. assists people to understand and navigate a legal system in collaboration with lawyers or other legal advocates.
